DREAM TEAMS
Dream Teams are designed to help you use your gifts and passions to make a difference—both here at LTFChurch and in our community. With so many ways to serve, there’s a place for everyone to get involved and make an eternal impact.

ADMIN TEAM
This team uses their gifts of administration and organization to serve during office hours by answering and making calls, labeling literature, manning the reception desk, and assisting with office needs. They also make sure the sanctuary is stocked with tithing envelopes, Bibles, and literature so that everything is ready for every service. In addition, the team helps collect and maintain data to ensure information is secure, complete, and accurate—making it easier for everyone to take their next steps. Age: 18+, Background Check Required
BAPTISM TEAM
The Baptism Team creates meaningful experiences for those publicly declaring their faith in Jesus. Working with the Set-Up/Take-Down Team, they prepare the baptism area, assist people safely in and out of the water, keep the area clear, and manage the bathrooms—ensuring every baptism is a special celebration of new life in Christ. Age: 14+ | In High School
CONNECT TEAM
The Connect Team helps guests take their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Life Groups, Growth Track, conferences, and special events. They actively connect people to the church by answering questions, offering guidance, and making sure every guest feels welcomed and equipped to get involved. Age: 14+ in High School
EVENTS TEAM
The Events Team creates memorable experiences at services, conferences, and special events through food, giveaways, and more. Working with the Set-Up/Take-Down Team, they help transform spaces into distraction-free environments where guests can experience God. From planning and setup to serving and cleanup, this team ensures every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact. Age: 14+ In High School
GREETER TEAM
The Greeter Team creates a positive first impression by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest as they enter and exit Life Together Fellowship. Age: 14+ in High School
GROWTH TRACK HOST TEAM
The Growth Track Host Team plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and hospitable environment for everyone attending Growth Track. This team works behind the scenes to ensure every session runs smoothly and that participants feel cared for from the moment they arrive. By setting up and maintaining the continental breakfast, keeping the space clean and inviting, and supporting other team members, Hosts help every participant have an excellent and seamless experience. Age: 14+ in High School
HOSPITALITY TEAM
This friendly and energetic team helps create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. From offering a hot cup of coffee and cookies to sharing a smile and kind conversation, they make sure everyone feels right at home the moment they arrive. Age: 14+ in High School
SET-UP/TAKE DOWN TEAM
The Set-Up/Take-Down Team helps transform spaces for Life Together Fellowship services, creating distraction-free, excellent environments where guests can experience God. This includes making sure everything is set up for every event or service, cleaning up afterward, and ensuring all spaces are prepared and ready for Wednesday and Sunday services. Their work helps provide a seamless and welcoming environment for all who attend. Age: 14+ in High School
USHERS TEAM
The Usher Team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive worship experience for everyone who attends Life Together Fellowship. Team members greet guests with warmth and hospitality, assist with seating to ensure comfort and accessibility, and facilitate tithes and offerings efficiently. They maintain a distraction-free environment so that all attendees can fully engage in worship and focus on their encounter with God. By serving in this way, ushers help set the tone for meaningful and impactful worship services. Age: 14+
KIDZ CHURCH TEAMS
The Kidz Church Team is one team with different areas. Our team helps kids have a genuine relationship with God, build a biblical foundation for their lives, grow with friends and leaders, and love being at church.
CHECK-IN
The Kidz Check-In Team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in our Kidz Church and Nursery areas. Age: 14+, Background Check Required
NURSERY TEAM
The Nursery Team provides a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers (ages 0–2) during services. Team members care for little ones, assist with any needs in the nursery, and help maintain a clean and stocked space with diapers, wipes, and other supplies. Team members provide safety and protection during services and events while healthcare-trained responders are ready to triage and assist in the event of accidents or emergencies. Their vigilance and care ensure guests can worship and participate with peace of mind. Age: 19+, Background Check Required
LIFE GROUPS TEAM
The Life Groups Team leads weekly Life Groups where participants can experience authentic community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Team members facilitate meaningful discussions, provide support, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages spiritual growth. Age: 18+

BAND & VOCALS
The Instrumentalist & Vocalist Team facilitates a powerful worship experience on stage by using the talents of skilled vocalists and instrumentalists. Team members lead the congregation in engaging, heartfelt worship, creating an atmosphere where guests can encounter God and connect deeply through music. Age: 14+, Music Audition Required & Must be a Partner of Life Together Fellowship

They operate soundboards, project lyrics and visuals, control lighting cues, and manage the livestream broadcast while troubleshooting technical issues in real time. Their dedication allows worship leaders and speakers to serve effectively while helping every guest—whether in the sanctuary or watching online—encounter God with clarity and impact. Age: 14+

The Marriage Team serves couples by planning and coordinating marriage-focused conferences, retreats, and special events. This team creates meaningful experiences that strengthen relationships, encourage growth, and provide practical tools for thriving marriages. By combining organization, creativity, and a heart for serving couples, the team helps foster stronger marriages within the Life Together Fellowship community.

The Youth Team leads and invests in the lives of students ages 12–18 by facilitating Friday night Youth Life Groups during the semester. This team also plans and coordinates youth-focused conferences, retreats, and special events, creating opportunities for spiritual growth, community, and fun. By combining leadership, mentorship, and creativity, the Youth Team helps students grow in their relationship with Jesus and connect with one another. Age: 18+, Background Check Required

The Young Adults Team serves individuals ages 19–30 by creating opportunities to grow in faith and build authentic community. This team plans and organizes conferences, retreats, and special events designed to help young adults connect with God and one another in meaningful ways. Their dedication provides a strong foundation for spiritual growth, lasting friendships, and encouragement to live boldly for Christ in every season of life.

The Seniors Team serves adults ages 55+ by planning events, organizing workshops, and coordinating services tailored to the needs and interests of seniors. This team creates opportunities for connection, growth, and encouragement, helping seniors build community, deepen their faith, and enjoy meaningful experiences within Life Together Fellowship.
